Simon Jones - Creative Director at TBWA\Commerce & The Integer Group
Paul is a great asset to any potential agency. Freelance or perm. Considered conceptual thinking, great finish and a bloody nice chap too - always going the extra mile to add value where possible. Quite a rarity these days.

Nick Peters - Executive Creative Director at Ignis
Not many creatives give you a hand drawn illustration of your agency when you first meet them. Unsurprising from this fella. Paul's all about getting to the route of the challenge, having a good rummage and digging out those little gems that are hidden beneath. In a short time, Paul established himself as a collegiate asset within the department with a clear ambition to own the creative product and deliver above expectations. Looking forward to having him back.

I had the pleasure of working with Paul for 4 years. In that time I have seen him grow from strength to strength. He is a great all round creative with a strong conceptual mind. He always approaches a brief from all angles and delivers more than what was expected. He has been an integral part in some pitch wins and I look forward to working with Paul again in the future.
Giles was Senior Art Director at WPN.

Simon Lane - Creative Director at Rogue Creative
Paul's dedication in doing the best job possible is his forté. He will do everything in his power – regardless of how tight the deadlines may be – to produce clean design and well executed ideas that he is happy with. If this means working around the clock to do that, he's happy to. It's a truly admirable quality and one I value highly.
Simon was Creative Director at Blue Frog.

Tod Norman - Planning Partner
Paul Middleton does not act like the best creatives I have worked with. He is in the office before 8:30. He is punctual, hard working, committed. He is great to work with, a genuinely nice guy, inquisitive and challenging without attitude. He is generous to a fault about idea ownership. He also possesses full design skills as well as art direction. In fact the only thing Paul has in common with the best creatives I have worked with is that he creates brilliant ads. Brilliant.
Tod was Planning Director at WPN.

Having teamed up with Paul in the past, I can say he's exactly what you want in a creative partner. Loads of enthusiasm and great at creating ideas and concepts that work across a multitude of channels. He's a total pro at visualising - whether in design or with well crafted scamps. He's a great writer too, and has a real passion for creativity in all its forms. Paul's a joy to work with - and to know. Any creative department would be lucky to have him.

Terry Bush - Integrated Project Manager
An honest tale speeds best, being plainly told". - (Richard III ActIV, Scene IV). So I'll say it plainly. Paul is a very good art director, a joy to work with and a willing and honest collaborator. He is as capable at execution as he is conceptually and I will happily, nay look forward, to working with him again and again.
Terry was Project Manager at Dunnhumby.

Gary Brooks - Freelance CD
During my tenure as the Creative Director at WDMP,  choosing to hire Paul was one of the smartest things I did.

Paul has all the attributes you would expect from a great creative. He is hardworking, passionate and inquisitive. He can produce wonderful ideas and has the craft skills (remember those?) needed to make them sing. But what really sets Paul apart is his relentless proactivity.

I can only assume he never sleeps. Otherwise, I can't explain how he has so many ideas beyond those required by his day job. His output is phenomenal, it really is. I miss being pursued down the corridor by Paul clutching yet another idea he had walking home/making a brew/sat on the Tube/sat on the toilet. In fact, I can’t think of an agency that would not benefit from his presence. He is an absolute pleasure to work with.
Gary was Creative Director at WDMP.
